Transactional Law Team

The  Transactional Law Team (TLT) facilitates and promotes the development of transactional law practical skills, including negotiating and drafting binding transactional law instruments such as contracts.

TLT fulfills this purpose through practice and participation in internal and external competitions throughout the US. Members of the Transitional Law are selected annually through the TLT application process held during the fall semester.
