The purpose of Charleston School of Law Transactional Law Team (TLT) is to facilitate and promote the development of transactional law practical skills, including negotiating and drafting binding transactional law instruments such as contracts.

The TLT fulfills this purpose through practice and participation in internal and external competitions throughout the US. TLT members are selected annually through the TLT application process held during the fall semester.
