The professors at this school are truly incredible. They really help facilitate learning and with the open-door policy, it is easy to reach out and ask for help. As an aside, the new library is phenomenal and is a great place to go for studying and outlining.
I’d always wanted to go to law school ever since I was a kid. I did the debate team through high school, and as I was doing that, I just really wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to help people.
Hands down, the people and environment. The student population is super supportive of one another. We truly build genuine relationships with faculty which I think is relatively uncommon.
It is amazing that any teacher is willing and able to help at any time. The overall goal of the organization is to help each student succeed. I love that Charleston School of Law makes every student important and feel like they can succeed – while giving them the tools needed to do so.
My experience with the faculty at Charleston School of Law has been phenomenal. The open-door policy is one of the things that drew me to Charleston Law. They take care of you that first year and that begins with orientation from that first class you have.
You are an individual. You’ll be looked in the eyes, you’ll be remembered. There are so many resources at this school, whether it’s programs and professors are willing to help. They really do take the time to get to know you, not even as a student, but as a person. And I think that makes a world of difference.
