Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs oversees and administers the law school’s academic program and policies, including advising students on academic requirements as they progress toward graduation, academic scheduling, hiring and evaluating adjunct professors, orienting new faculty and adjuncts, and evaluating faculty performance.

Questions regarding the Charleston School of Law academic program or any academic policy should be addressed to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Margaret M. Lawton. The office is located in Suite 321 on the third floor.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of student records, as well as administering the online student information system. This office is also located at 385 Meeting Street, third floor.  For questions regarding student records and the online student information system, please contact Emma K. Baker, Registrar.
