Condé Nast Traveler released the results of the 38th annual Readers’ Choice Awards and Charleston, South Carolina, was voted best small city in the United States.

The readers of Southern Living Magazine have selected Charleston, South Carolina the No. 1 City in the South for the ninth consecutive year.
