The Career Services department at Charleston School of Law will host Law Links Orientation on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The event will be held for 2L students and will be held from 12:00pm – 1:00pm in Room 224.
The Charleston Law Links Mentorship Program matches law students with local attorney mentors. Through the program, practicing attorneys talk with students about career decisions, professionalism, and life after law school.
Law Links mentors help students set goals, plan their careers, network, and develop skills. Mentors also give students a more complete “real world” understanding of the ethical and professional standards that guide the legal profession. Ultimately, these mentors help students transition from the classroom to the legal profession by showing students how to leverage the skills they have learned in law school.
