Members of the Charleston Law Review benefit from opportunities to improve their research, writing, and editing skills, to develop and strengthen their connections in the legal community, and to prepare themselves for their future legal careers.
Founded in 2006, Charleston Law Review is the Charleston School of Law’s flagship journal and publishes articles on all areas of law and public policy by professors and practitioners from across the United States. Each year, the Law Review publishes at least one general issue, a Symposium issue, and a Student Works issue.
The Symposium issue includes articles on a timely legal topic that has been chosen for the Charleston School of Law’s annual symposium, and the Student Works issue contains selected Notes composed by Law Review members during their 2L year. Editors are responsible for the selection, editing, and publication of the most rigorous and influential legal scholarship.
