Rachel Ferguson Bailey to Charleston School of Law. She serves as a Career Services Advisor within the Career Services Department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law as a member of the first graduating class in 2007.
Rachel Ferguson Bailey (’07) earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law as a member of the first graduating class in 2007.
Bailey began her career as a Staff Attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals before joining the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, where she served for nine years as a Staff Attorney and later as Special Counsel to Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby.
She comes to Charleston Law from the Finkel Law Firm where she practiced appellate and civil litigation, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
