Faculty Publications: 2022-23

Charleston School of Law faculty actively contributed to legal scholarship during 2022. Our experienced scholars are dedicated to offering challenging and insightful expertise to the legal community.

“Our faculty is known nationally as a leader in teaching, but what might not be as well-known is just how much good scholarship our faculty publishes, annually. 2022 was a great year, with so many good, scholarly research projects our faculty pursued,” said ” said Dylan O. Malagrinò, Associate Dean for Faculty Research & Development and Professor of Law. “I am thrilled to see how productive everyone was last year.”
