Charleston School of Law will host its first Spring 2026 Career Series program: Opportunities with Equal Justice Works on Wednesday from 12:00–1:00 pm in Room 104. Brooke Meckler, Esq., Director of Law School Engagement & Advocacy for Equal Justice Works, will deliver a virtual presentation highlighting EJW’s public interest fellowship programs and opportunities for law students and recent graduates. The program will also feature an in-person panel of Charleston Law students and alumni who will share their EJW fellowship experiences and provide insight into the application process:

  • Michelle A. Mapp, Esq. (‘21) – Owner & Attorney, Michelle A. Mapp, Attorney at Law, LLC – 2021 Equal Justice Works Fellow
  • Breanna M. Thomas, Esq. (‘24) – Equal Justice Works Housing Justice Fellow, Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services – 2024 Housing Justice Program Fellow
  • Caroline Thomas – Current 3L – 2025 Rural Summer Legal Corps Student Fellow
