Jennifer Wilkins is the Director of the Public Policy Institute at the Charleston School of Law. In this role, she oversees strategic initiatives, community engagement, and policy research that advance the Institute’s mission of bridging academic inquiry and real world impact.
Jennifer Wilkins brings valuable experience in both law and public policy, having served as a law clerk with Bell Legal Group working on the Science & Experts Team for the Camp Lejeune Water Litigation and as a policy consultant for organizations such as the New York City Department of Education, the Mayor’s Office of Immigration, The Nature Conservancy, and Bryant Park Corporation.
She earned her Master of Science in Public and Urban Policy from The New School and her Juris Doctor at Charleston School of Law. Her professional work reflects a sustained commitment to developing effective, research-based solutions to contemporary legal and policy challenges.
