I fell in love with appellate work through my experience with moot court. I am fortunate to have participated in Moot court and found great mentors that helped me develop my writing and oral advocacy skills, helped me secure a judicial clerkship, and continue to provide support in navigating law school and the legal field.

Attorneys, judges, and clients will ask questions of you that require you to be able to think quickly on your feet. Being able to confidently articulate strong answers is an invaluable skill to possess as an attorney. The oral advocacy skills gained through the Moot Court Board have really helped me hone this skill.
