Andy Abrams, Charleston School of Law Dean Emeritus and Professor of Law, announced his retirement earlier this year following nearly two decades of service.
Professor Abrams will deliver the commencement message this Saturday at Commencement.
Abrams navigated the fledgling law school as dean for 12 years. He continued to teach the law to students after he stepped away from his role as dean. His role as leader and professor of law will be felt for generations to come, at both the school and in the legal profession.
