ABOUT US

The Charleston School of Law Journal for Law and Public Policy is a student-led publication founded by a group of student advocates. The offerings of the journal are intended to complement the activities of the sister organization, Pro Bono Society for Law and Public Policy, which engages in social advocacy and community service projects.

The journal considers submissions on a wide array of topics falling broadly under the umbrella of social policy and prioritizes pieces that offer innovative solutions that are scalable on a national level.

Submission Requirements

The Journal for Law and Public Policy welcomes articles, essays, and reviews with an emphasis on advocacy for bipartisan public policy measures that support and advance access to economic, political, and social rights and opportunities.
