Job Description
DLG is looking for an attorney to join our Greenville team. We are a boutique civil litigation law firm that represents individuals from all walks of life across the state. Our primary focus is on plaintiff's personal injury, workers' compensation, and family court litigation. Three to Five years of litigation experience is preferred, but not required. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, engage directly with clients, and gain valuable courtroom and negotiation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage client matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and orders.
-Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as appropriate.
-Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and business development initiatives.
-Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.
