Job Description
Robinson Gray is seeking an associate for its Columbia, S.C. office who will focus primarily on Business Litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with clerkship experience preferred (appellate experience is a bonus). Applicants must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
We’re looking for an associate who:
-Is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, appeals, negotiation, and mediations
-Utilizes technology to maximize efficiency and prioritize client services
-Has strong legal writing skills (law review an added plus)
-Knowledge and skills requirements
-Critical thinking and proficient legal writing
-Ability to manage caseload effectively
-Effective time management
-Demonstrates good judgment
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Technologically adept
-Excellent organizational skills
