Job Description
Staff attorneys provide a wide array of high-quality legal services, from advice and brief services to full representation, advocacy, legal outreach, and legal education to protect the rights and represent the interests of the low-income community.
Applicants will be considered for opportunities in all areas of civil legal practice, including community economic development, consumer, education, employment, family, federal income tax, housing, probate, public benefits, and migrant farmworkers. Staff attorneys are required to work some evenings and weekends. Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish.
We are advertising a Farmworker Attorney position at the SCLS Charleston location. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish, speaking and writing. The position will be open until filled.
