Charleston School of Law Dean Dylan O. Malagrinò will be a guest speaker at the 2026 S.C. Bar Convention annual seminar to be held in Savannah, Georgia from January 22−25, 2026.  The working title for the seminar is “Who Says Dirt Law is Boring?”  Prof. Malagrinò will discuss real estate fundamentals—specifically presenting on the law of easements.

The Bar Convention is the premier event for the legal profession in South Carolina. More than 1,000 attorneys, judges and legal professionals from the Palmetto State attend each year, from both large and small law firm members, to solo practitioners, to approximately 140 members of the Judiciary.
