Fall 2021 COVID-19 Attendance Policies

COVID-19 Policies (Effective August 13, 2021)

Based on updated CDC guidance, the following COVID-19 related policies are in effect until further notice.

On-Campus Policies:

These policies are applicable to all students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors.  To ensure consistency with CDC guidance, these policies will apply uniformly through the Law School; individual managers or faculty members may not adopt separate rules for departments, classes, or events.

  1. Do not come to campus if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
  2. If you are on campus and begin to experience symptoms, leave campus immediately.
  3. Wash your hands and utilize hand sanitizer frequently.
  4. Masks/Face Coverings:  Until further notice, you must wear a mask or face covering which covers your nose and mouth at all times while on campus, except between bites or sips while eating or drinking, or if you are an employee alone in your personal office.

For Students who are Experiencing COVID symptoms, who have tested positive, or who have been exposed: Please read the attached document and follow instructions.
