Admission Administrator

The Charleston School of Law seeks resumes for the position of Admission Administrator. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.  The Admission Administrator will act as the first point of contact for the Office of Admission. This includes responsibility for the front desk, greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, managing email inquiries, etc.  The candidate will also assist in data input, production of reports, receiving and processing applications for admission of beginning, transfer, and visiting students, and counseling prospective students, applicants, and current students.  In addition, the Admission Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the Associate Dean of Admission and Financial Aid and the Director of Admission.  This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is required.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer skills are required.
  3. Organizational skills, effective communication, and a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
  4. Admission experience is strongly preferred, preferably in a professional or graduate school environment.
