Professor Justin Kahn authors two new S.C. Bar publications

Oct. 10, 2019 – Charleston Law adjunct professor Justin Kahn’s latest books on South Carolina Rules of Procedure and Evidence are now available from the South Carolina Bar CLE Division. For over 20 years, Professor Kahn has written the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure Annotated and the South Carolina Rules of Evidence Annotated. Kahn is a widely respected South Carolina litigator and personal injury attorney. He teaches civil pre-trial practice at the Charleston School of Law.
