Employment Resources

In order to begin employment at the Charleston School of Law, you must complete the following forms and bring them to the Human Resources Department located at 442 King Street, 2nd floor.

I-9 Form (PDF)
Complete section I and submit, with the appropriate original documentation.

W-4 Federal Withholding Form (PDF)
Research Assistants and Legal Writing Fellows must bring this form to this completed and signed form to Human Resources in the Business Office.

Direct Deposit Enrollment/Change Form (PDF)
Direct deposit is the electronic transfer of your current payroll amount from the Charleston School of Law to the designated account(s) in the bank(s) or credit union(s) of your choice.

2014 Student Employee Work Schedules

Spring 2014 Work Schedule:
January 6 -First Day of Work
May 14- Last Day of Work

Summer 2014 Work Schedule:
May 15 – First Day of Work
August 10- Last Day of Work

Fall 2014 Work Schedule:
August 11 – First Day of Work
December 31 – Last Day of Work

Note:  A student may NOT be employed more than 20 hours per week, in any week in which the student is enrolled in more that twelve class hours.  Research Assistants and Legal Writing Fellows may not work more than 20 hours per week regardless of class enrollment.
