Tax Practice

This suggested track is for students who are interested in any area of federal taxation – income, business, or wealth transfer taxes. It includes several courses that would be part of a graduate degree in taxation. Any student interested in taxes and the related transactional areas of practice should consider this track regardless of whether s/he believes s/he will pursue a graduate degree in taxation.

Please note that elective course offerings vary from year-to-year and not all listed courses will be offered every semester. Course offerings for each semester or session will be included in the registration material for that semester or session. For course descriptions, please check the Academic Catalog. An asterisk denotes a required course.
