Assistant Admission Administrator

 

The Charleston School of Law seeks resumes for the position of an Assistant Admission Administrator. This position is responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Office of Admission. Duties include providing administrative support to the Assistant Dean, handle front desk duties, i.e., answer the telephone, schedule campus visits, open and process the mail, greet visitors, respond to voice mail and e-mail inquiries, etc. and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications: An associate’s degree is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Preference may be given to candidates with two or more years of experience. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent written and oral communication skills, and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines. Computer proficiency and operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
